Each Scout can decide the length of participation based on their own situation. On average, each Scout spends 2 hours per week participating in internal Scout Program activities. Please remember that learning investment is a process of accumulating experience over a long period. If you want to grow faster, please treat learning investment as a hobby and participate more actively in USP activities.

The USP program does not involve any form of fees. Moreover, if the project you recommend/invest in develops smoothly, you will receive a considerable investment dividend (Carry).

The UpHonest team will carefully review every applicant's information. After initial screening, the UpHonest team will invite you to the next step of the interview.

The interview will be online/offline. The main purpose is to understand the applicant's work background and motivation for participating in venture capital. There will be no questions about professional investment knowledge during the interview.

UPS expects to recruit 1 batch every April. We are a steadily expanding, harmonious, and happy venture capital learning organization. So we don't want to grow like a balloon; we expect members to establish close connections and learn venture capital knowledge slowly.

USP is an internal community affiliated with the fund. Since its establishment, we have only grown through word of mouth. We believe the right people will find the right organization at the right time.

No, the UpHonest team will accompany you throughout the process, from initial screening to final transaction. As investors and entrepreneurs, the UpHonest team understands the necessity of trial and error. At the same time, the UpHonest team believes that every Scout's efforts will be rewarded. You will soon be able to discover reliable, pragmatic, and dreamy Chinese entrepreneurs yourself.

USP has its own angel organization internally - UpHonest Scout Angels. We will target star projects invested by follow-on funds, giving Scouts real investment opportunities and opportunities to grow their personal portfolios.
